SUMMARY

This position’s primary focus is to retain active members and reinstate inactive members and provide quality customer service when speaking with members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Maintain all goals established by Management
• Reissue invoices
• Follow up frequently to locate alternate contact information when return mail is received
• Locate updated contact information via a search engine

Phone Sales

• Play an important part in the department mastering the monthly renew revenue budget
• Meet monthly bonus standards and call volume requirements
• Attain daily call volume requirements

Data Entry

• Raise awareness and urgency to retain membership
• Suggest payment options to all active members
• Provide customers with accurate service information

Outgoing phone calls

• Verify data in members accounts
• Collect and enter data into the company's data base
• Apply and balances payments

Return Mail

• Complete memberships in question quickly and efficiently
• Maintains book of business
• Place phone calls from available calling lists
