The Membership Processing Specialist has the responsibility for the support of the AirCareMedNetwork Membership Department, including: member invoicing, information storage and retrieval, records research, incoming an outgoing mail, database entries, quality maintenance and compilation of general information.


  • Data entry and Processing Mail Typing and filing as needed
  • Payment processing and balancing
  • Taking incoming Coordinator calls
  • Customer Service
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Other duties as assigned



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.


  • Two years of customer service and/or sales experience

Knowledge and Skills

  • Customer service and etiquette
  • Office functions
  • Sales and marketing support
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
